Comuni360 is a community management and communication application developed and operated by iTED Foundation.
Comuni360 is designed to help communities organize information, manage community activities, report incidents, coordinate access, and support community care and security.
We respect the privacy of our users and are committed to protecting the personal information entrusted to us.

Depending on the features used by the user, Comuni360 may collect the following information:

Photos
Comuni360 may allow users to take or upload photographs when submitting community reports or documenting events.
Photos are optional and are collected only when the user chooses to include them in a report or other applicable feature.
Community and Activity Information
Users may provide or generate information related to community activities, reports, events, vehicles, visitors, maintenance, prevention, or security.
The specific information collected depends on the features available in the version of Comuni360 being used.
2. How We Use Information
We use collected information for purposes including:
- Providing and operating Comuni360.
- Creating and managing user accounts.
- Identifying users within their authorized community.

3. Photos and Community Reports
When a user chooses to include a photograph in a community report, the photograph is transmitted to Comuni360 and may be stored together with the associated report.
Photographs may be used to help document community incidents, maintenance issues, security situations, or other community-related events.
Users are not required to submit photographs unless a particular feature explicitly requires one.
4. Community Events
Comuni360 may provide an internal calendar or event-management feature.
Authorized community users may create events, while other authorized users may view information about those events.
The Comuni360 internal event calendar does not imply that the application accesses or reads the user's personal calendar on their device.
5. Information Sharing
We do not sell users' personal information.
We do not share personal information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
Information may be disclosed or made available when necessary to:
- Provide and operate the Comuni360 service.
- Maintain hosting, infrastructure, security, or technical services used by the application.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Comuni360 service, maintain community records, provide security and operational functions, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
When information is no longer required, it may be deleted, anonymized, or otherwise securely disposed of.
Some information may be retained for a limited period when necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or administrative purposes.
8. Account Deletion
Users may request deletion of their Comuni360 account and associated personal information.

Requests will normally be reviewed and processed within a maximum of 7 calendar days.
Additional information may be requested when reasonably necessary to verify that the request was submitted by the account owner.

9. Children's Privacy
Comuni360 is intended for use by members of authorized communities and is not specifically directed toward children.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable laws.
10. User Responsibilities
Users should avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive personal information through community reports, photographs, comments, or other features of Comuni360.
Users should only provide information that is relevant to the purpose of the applicable community feature.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to Comuni360, applicable laws, or our data-handling practices.
